IT and Business Application Support

Synergy Technology has been providing IT support to hundreds of businesses across the UK for nearly 20 years. Whether you are an SME or a large multi-national organisation, our highly trained consultants can proactively support your business applications and software. We offer two levels of support to our clients:

Premier Support provides software support to clients around the UK. We provide clients with comprehensive remote and telephone support, couple with unlimited on-site support if necessary. You also have access to the our service desk portal to log support requirements as they arise. You can tailor your support contract, choosing the response times and agree service levels to suit your business needs.

In addition to the Premier support we offer in our Platinum Support to support issues you have with computer operating systems if required and support on 3rd party technology not covered by Synergy Technology. We will also provide support on Directors’ home devices.

Remote Monitoring and Evaluation

Certain businesses require advanced supported and a more comprehensive monitoring and evaluation service, so we have developed a toolkit of products that allows Synergy Technology to provide the following:
