IT Facilities Management

We can offer a range of services in this area and have been running both entire and sub-sections of IT departments for our corporate customer for a number of years.

• A Help Desk - the first point of contact with the IT department
• Installations - covering everything from needs analysis, procurement and configuration to installation and on-the-spot tuition.
• Desktop Support - we know the value of reliable, efficient and knowledgeable technical support.from our own Customer support function. We ensure that our teams provide the level of service that is needed, when it is needed.
• Training – Our 'Just-in-Time Training offers training on a need-to-know basis. Call the help desk and a trainer is sent to train them only on the specific feature that they need to know.
• System Administration - User account maintenance, device management, back-ups and capacity monitoring are all necessary and vital tasks.
• Network Administration -With a wide range of networking equipment including hubs, routers, switches and cabling technologies, it is essential that networks are monitored in an accurate, consistent and reliable way.
• Holiday Cover – this is not your problem any more – its ours.

Our Partnership Scheme offers a mixture of the above services on a planned basis, at preferential rates to smaller organisations where a permanent presence is not required. We work with your own designated staff to ensure the smooth running and planning of your IT services. We can offer you the services of an account or project manager to ensure stable, longer term planning and growth.
