SuperOffice Six is the perfect Customer Relationship Management business solution. It is recommended software that will let you maintain the best relationship with your customers. The term Customer Relationship Management, shortly known as CRM is fundamental for any company and without this many businesses fail. The better a business can manage its relationships with customers, the more successful it will become. CRM is not just an application of technology but it is also a strategy to learn more about customer’s needs and their behaviour.

SuperOffice SIX allows you to keep an easy track of all the interactions with customers. SuperOffice SIX is flexible and allows the user to set their own preferences, keeping their work uncomplicated.
The design philosophy of SuperOffice SIX is to focus on what is important and not have too many functions but more of what people will actually use to ensure marketing, sales and service operations can be performed efficiently.
The design of SuperOffice SIX is more upbeat than its predecessors with a more modern interface. SuperOffice SIX is easily adaptable to the needs of your enterprise, it has a modular structure which means you only pay for the modules you need.
SuperOffice SIX contains six components, which are SuperOffice Saint, SuperOffice Audience, SuperOffice Remote Travel Module, SuperOffice Reporter, SuperOffice Mail and Sync Solutions and SuperOffice Expander.
SuperOffice have standardised and streamlined all aspects of the system. Their aims have been for SIX to behave and appear the same from all angles and in all situations; for it to behave as you expect it to.
Unlike other SuperOffice systems, there is a new feature within the SuperOffice Six interface known as a mini card. The decision for the mini card was a hard one to make as the need for optimum usability, in which simplicity and a general overview are crucial elements. The mini card is featured in the top right hand corner as a place to display several types of information, i.e. if you want to view someone’s details off a company card, you merely click that person and their details appear on the mini card. It can also be used for more simple operations such as acknowledging a meeting or invitation. It could also be used to display a monthly calendar. The content you display on your mini card depends on the situation/operation that you are faced with.
Another change that has been made to SuperOffice Six that is different to SuperOffice CRM 5 is the diary system. We have done so much with the Diary in SIX that we hardly know where to start describing the changes. As usual in SuperOffice, everything is interconnected but to begin with some important points:

SuperOffice SIX works along with MS Office and Outlook Express. It also supports any co-workers your company may have via the internet with a Notebook, PDA or SmartPhone.
